Press Wall Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 25 August 2026
Provider: McWIX ("we", "us")
Contact: office@mcwix.com

By installing or using the Press Wall app ("the App") on your website, you agree to
these terms. If you do not agree, please do not install the App.

1. What the App does

Press Wall displays a scrolling wall of logos on your website. You supply the logo
images and their names, choose how the wall looks and behaves, and the App renders
them on the page you place it on.

The App is a display component. It does not collect information from your site
visitors, and it does not add tracking, advertising or analytics to your site.

2. Your content, and the logos you display

You are responsible for everything you add to the App.

**This matters more than usual for this App.** Logos and brand marks are normally the
trademarks of the companies they belong to. It is your responsibility to make sure you
have the right to display each logo you upload — for example because the company is
your client and has agreed to it, or because their brand guidelines permit it. We do
not review, verify or approve the logos you add, and we are not a party to any
agreement between you and the companies whose logos you display.

If a third party objects to a logo shown through the App on your site, resolving it is
between you and them.

3. Where your data is stored

The App creates a collection in your own site's content manager and stores your
entries there. That means:

- The logo images stay in your site's media library. The App references them; it does
  not copy them anywhere else.
- The names, ordering and visibility settings you enter are stored in your site's own
  collection, under your Wix account.
- We do not operate a separate database of your content, and we do not transfer your
  content to any third party.

4. The logo feed is publicly readable

So the wall can display for visitors who are not logged in, the App exposes the list
of active logos — their image URLs and names — through a public read-only endpoint.
Anyone who knows the address can read that list.

This is by design: the logos are already published on your public web page. **Do not
put anything confidential in the name field of a logo entry**, because it is served
publicly alongside the image.

5. Permissions

When you install the App, Wix asks you to approve a set of permissions. We request
the minimum the App needs to function: reading and managing items in the App's own
collection, and basic app activity so the App can respond to installation and removal
events. Wix additionally grants every app basic site and account information; the App
does not use it.

6. Fees and billing

The App is offered as a paid subscription. Current prices and billing cycles are shown
on the App's listing in the Wix App Market and may change over time; any change applies
from your next billing cycle.

All payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Wix under the Wix
billing terms. We do not process or store your payment details.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the App working reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or
error-free operation. The App runs on infrastructure provided by Wix, and interruptions
to that infrastructure are outside our control.

We may update the App to add features, fix problems or keep it compatible with the
platform. We may discontinue the App with reasonable notice.

8. Support

For help, questions or bug reports, contact us at office@mcwix.com. We aim to
respond within 3 business days.

9. Removing the App

You can delete the App from your site at any time from your site's app manager. When
you do, the platform removes the App's collection and the entries in it. The logo image
files themselves remain in your site's media library, because they belong to you.

Deleting the App is not reversible; entries you have added are not recoverable
afterwards.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss
arising from your use of the App, including lost profits, lost business or loss of
data. Our total liability in connection with the App is limited to the amount you paid
for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always available at this address, and
the effective date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the App
after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts
of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Press Wall is an independent app.

It is not created, endorsed or supported by the website platform it runs on.
